Nick Weih lives and works in Long Island, New York. A member of Wet Paints Studio Group, he has been represented in numerous individual and group exhibitions since 1996. These have included shows in public/private galleries and outdoor projects. Nick studied at State University of New York College at Farmingdale. He divides his time between arts practice and teaching. Nick utilizes his technical skills from the years he worked in the drafting/technical & graphic arts field to create beautiful true-to-life landscapes and seascapes of Long Island and surrounding areas. Both sensitive and strong in his use of color, Nick truly has a passion for interpreting the Long Island landscape through the exciting and vibrant medium of oil painting. |
